These Terms of Service outline the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use any of our services. By using our website or purchasing our solutions, you agree to follow the terms described below. This agreement (“Terms of Service”) is made between Web Studios Sialkot and you, the customer. It defines the legal framework for accessing and using our products and services. We recommend reviewing these terms prior to making any purchases or using any part of our platform or infrastructure.
Applicable Policies
In addition to these Terms, your use of our services is also subject to the following policies:
General Terms
- Domain names are not guaranteed until officially registered and confirmed by the system.
- You must comply with all domain authority rules and policies. Any disputes between you and other third parties must be resolved independently.
- We will release your registered domain only after full payment is received based on our published rates.
- Failure to pay invoices on time may result in service suspension or termination without notice.
- If you violate our terms and do not resolve the issue after notification, we reserve the right to terminate our agreement.
- Business insolvency or prolonged unpaid balances may also lead to account termination and data deletion.
- We are not liable for any losses or damages your business may suffer from using our services, including loss of data or online downtime.
Account Eligibility
- To create an account or use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age.
- Minors are not permitted to register or use any service. If registering for someone else, you confirm you have legal authority to do so.
- Only one account per individual or organization is allowed. Duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice.
- Ensure all registration information is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Your email address must be different from the one used for your domain.
- This email will be our primary contact method. You are fully responsible for all activity under your account, including misuse caused by password exposure.
- If you request a dedicated IP, you may need to provide a valid reason. IP assignment policies may vary according to regulatory authorities.
Website Migrations
At Web Studios Sialkot, we offer free website migration as a courtesy for new customers. However, please note that we do not guarantee the availability or turnaround time for migrations. We only support cPanel-to-cPanel transfers. For websites hosted on other control panels (such as Plesk, DirectAdmin, or custom servers), migration assistance is not available at this time.
User Content
Our platform allows you to upload, manage, and share various forms of content—such as text, images, videos, and files—through our hosting services. This includes content you create or that your website visitors may submit. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content (referred to as "User Content") complies with our Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
- Web Studios Sialkot does not review or monitor your content.
- We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the content hosted on your website.
- If you violate our terms, we reserve the right to remove your content, suspend your service, or terminate your hosting account—without notice or refund.
Account Security and System Usage
When using our web hosting services, it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account. This includes configuring secure permissions for files, scripts, plugins, and software you install—whether installed manually or via auto-installers.
All services provided by Web Studios Sialkot, including infrastructure and networks, are for use by authorized users only. We reserve the right to monitor our systems to ensure they are being used legally, safely, and efficiently. While doing so, we may access, log, or copy data to detect misuse or improve security.
Prohibited System Use Includes:
- Unauthorized access attempts or brute-force attacks
- Sending spam or mass unsolicited emails
- Running scripts that overload our servers or impact other users
- Hosting phishing or malware-related content
Abuse Handling & Penalty Policy:
- First Offense: Warning issued. Service will be suspended if the issue is not resolved within 12 hours.
- Second Offense: $5 penalty will be charged for reactivation.
- Third Offense: Permanent account termination without refund.
Customer-Initiated Cancellation
You can cancel any service via your Client Dashboard or by contacting our Billing Department. Please keep in mind:
- Shared or WordPress Web Hosting: Cancellation results in immediate deletion of all data.
- VPS Servers: Data is retained for up to 24 hours after cancellation. No refunds are issued for these services.
- We strongly recommend keeping regular backups of your website files, emails, and databases. We are not liable for data loss.
Web Studios Sialkot-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel your service at any time, without prior notice, under the following conditions:
- Violation of our Terms of Service or illegal use of services
- Abuse or repeated policy violations despite prior warnings
No refunds are issued for VPS server cancellations initiated by us. We are not responsible for any data loss caused by service termination.

Billing and Payment
At Web Studios Sialkot, we require all customers to keep their billing information accurate and up to date. All our hosting services are billed in advance and must be paid before the service term begins.
- Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date and must be paid on time to avoid service interruption.
- If payment is overdue by more than 7 days, your hosting account may be terminated and all associated data permanently deleted.
- Late payments may incur a penalty fee. Repeated late payments can result in account suspension.
- Any payment disputes should be addressed directly with our billing team. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may lead to immediate suspension of your account.
Money-Back Guarantee
We proudly offer a money-back guarantee on selected hosting plans. Refund eligibility typically ranges from 7 to 90 days, depending on the specific product or promotion. Each service's refund period is clearly defined at the time of purchase.
Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed eligibility criteria, timelines, and excluded services. Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Policy
All refund requests are evaluated at the sole discretion of Web Studios Sialkot. This includes decisions regarding refunds for:
- Core hosting packages
- Optional add-ons or extra features
- Setup or migration fees
The refund process may take up to 7–15 working days to complete, depending on your selected payment method.

Prohibited Uses
To maintain a secure and trusted environment, Web Studios Sialkot strictly prohibits the use of our web hosting services for any illegal or harmful activities. The following actions are not allowed:
- Using our servers to infringe on copyrighted content. If your content has been misused, contact us at info@webstudios.biz.
- Hosting or distributing any form of child exploitation or pornography.
- Engaging in cyberattacks such as Denial of Service (DoS), brute force attempts, or exploiting other networks.
- Sending bulk emails (over 1,000 per day) or spam without permission. Violators will be reported to anti-spam authorities like SpamHaus.
Prohibited Materials
The following content and tools are strictly forbidden on our servers and may lead to immediate service suspension:
- IRC Scripts, Bots, and IRCD Servers
- Proxy and Anonymizer Tools (e.g., Shadowsocks)
- Image Hosting Platforms (e.g., Tinypic clones)
- AutoSurf, PTC, PTS, PPC services
- IP Scanners, Brute Force Scripts, Mail Bombers
- Banner Ad Networks, File Dump Scripts
- Streaming more than one or two commercial audio channels
- Escrow services, High Yield Investment Programs (HYIP), Ponzi, MLM, or Pyramid schemes
- FOREX, Crypto Exchanges, Payday Loan, and Gambling Sites
- Hacking Tools, Warez, or Pirated Software Distribution
- Live Broadcasts of copyrighted sports events (WWE, FIFA, UFC, etc.)
- Anonymous SMS Gateways and Virtual Currency Mining (including Bitcoin)
Hosting such materials violates our Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination without refund.
CPU, Bandwidth, and Disk Usage Policy
All hosting resources provided by Web Studios Sialkot are governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Our infrastructure is designed for active website usage only and not for storage or backup purposes.
- Allowed Usage: Web files, website content, and emails only. Storage for offsite files, FTP archives, or backups is not permitted.
- Excessive Usage: If your account uses high CPU or disk space impacting others, we may require an upgrade or suspend your service.
- Unlimited Hosting: For unlimited or unmetered plans, refer to our Unlimited Policy for limits on CPU, RAM, and EP usage.
- Threshold Breach: If you exceed resource limits more than 5 times a day, your account must be upgraded to continue usage. Otherwise, the service will be canceled, and the refund will be processed after deducting usage charges.
For VPS and dedicated servers, you are responsible for resource management as they are self-managed. We offer rescue access in case of emergency, but no resource optimization support is provided.
If your server experiences slow performance due to high traffic, please consider upgrading your plan. Web Studios Sialkot does not provide tuning or load balancing for self-managed hosting environments.
Email Sending Policy
At Web Studios Sialkot, we provide free email accounts with all our web hosting plans. However, please note the following important terms regarding email usage:
- No Email Delivery Guarantee: Emails sent from shared or reseller hosting may be marked as spam due to shared IP usage. We cannot guarantee that your emails will always reach the inbox.
- Recommended Email Solutions: For professional and reliable email delivery, we strongly recommend using third-party services such as Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, or SendGrid.
- No Liability: Web Studios Sialkot is not liable if email sending fails or if messages are marked as spam. While we may check for issues, we do not guarantee resolution or successful delivery.
- No Bulk or Marketing Emails: The email accounts included in our hosting plans are strictly for personal or business communication only. Marketing emails, newsletters, or bulk messages are not allowed.
- Email Monitoring & Suspension: We monitor email activity to prevent abuse. If any account is found sending bulk emails or spam, we reserve the right to block its email-sending function from the backend without notice. The hosting account itself will not be suspended unless further violations occur.
- Email Limits: There is a daily sending limit applicable to all shared and reseller hosting accounts. Users exceeding these limits repeatedly may be asked to upgrade to a higher-tier or dedicated email solution.
If you require email marketing features, please consider integrating your website with a verified third-party SMTP provider.
Backups and Data Loss
At Web Studios Sialkot, we take website stability seriously. However, by using our web hosting services, you agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining and securing your own backups.
We retain backups for the last 2 days only as a complimentary feature. These backups are not guaranteed and may not always be available or complete. They are provided strictly as a courtesy, not as a guaranteed service.
If you require reliable and routine backups for your website, database, or files, we recommend opting for our premium backup solutions, which include:
- Daily or weekly automated backups to your Google Drive
- SFTP/FTP-based backup transfers to your remote storage
- Custom backup frequencies

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Web Studios Sialkot, its employees, affiliates, or agents be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including data loss or revenue loss—arising from your use of our services, user-generated content, hosted websites, or downloaded materials, even if we were previously advised of such risks.
We strongly advise all clients to maintain off-site backups of their websites, especially for mission-critical data such as eCommerce sites, financial records, or customer databases.
By continuing to use our hosting platform, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your website data and content.
Client Responsibility
As a valued client of Web Studios Sialkot, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all content hosted under your account complies with local and international laws, including copyright regulations, data privacy laws, and acceptable use standards.
Any content hosted on your website—such as text, images, videos, downloadable files, or scripts—must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others or contain illegal, harmful, or abusive material.
We reserve the right to take immediate and appropriate action—including temporary suspension or permanent termination of your web hosting account - if your website content violates these terms or attracts legal complaints.
If you are unsure about the legality of specific content, you may contact our support team for clarification before uploading it to our servers.
Hosting prohibited or sensitive content on your server not only violates our Terms of Service but can also result in account restrictions or complete removal from our network. Please exercise due diligence and regularly review your website's content for compliance.
