Shared Hosting Limitations

For all Shared Hosting plans (cPanel & WordPress Hosting), the following limitations apply to ensure fair usage and performance for all customers:

• Maximum cPanel storage limit is 50GB, including website files, databases, and email accounts.
• Storage cannot be used for backups, movie download sites, software repositories, or file hosting (e.g., ZIPs, movies, installers, or archived backups).
• Unlimited hosting refers to hosting of website content only such as HTML, PHP, CSS, and related web files.
• Even on our highest shared hosting plans, the space must not be used for:
  • Video or movie files
  • High-resolution image storage
  • Audio libraries
  • Game setups or installers
  • Offsite backups or archiving

Note: Misuse of storage space in violation of these guidelines may result in service suspension or termination.

Bandwidth Usage

We offer unlimited bandwidth on all hosting accounts to support regular website usage. However, if an account is found engaging in illegal activities—such as hosting downloadable files, running proxy scripts, or misusing bandwidth for any non-standard purposes—your account will be suspended immediately.

• First suspension: Reactivation fee of $3
• Second suspension: Reactivation fee of $8
• Third violation: Permanent termination without refund

CPU, RAM, IO, and EP Usage

Each hosting plan includes a specific allocation of CPU, RAM, I/O (Input/Output), and EP (Entry Processes). If your website exceeds the allocated resources more than 5 times in a single day, you will be required to upgrade to a higher plan.

Failure to upgrade may lead to service cancellation. In such cases, a refund will be issued after deducting charges based on the days of usage.

SQL Database Usage

Accounts with SQL databases exceeding 1 GB in size can adversely affect server performance. To ensure optimal performance for all users:

• We may request that you reduce your database size.
• If not resolved, the account may be suspended or disabled.
• You are allowed to create multiple databases, but each individual database should not exceed 1 GB.

Email Account Usage

Each email account under your hosting plan is limited to a maximum of 5 GB storage.

• Exceeding this limit can slow down email delivery and affect server performance.
• We may request that you reduce your email storage.
• Failure to comply may result in temporary suspension or permanent disabling of the email feature.

Unlimited File Transfer

At Web Studios Sialkot, we do not impose any fixed limits on the amount of monthly website traffic (bandwidth) or content uploads a user can make on their hosting account. There are no extra charges for high bandwidth usage as long as it aligns with our fair usage policies and Terms of Service.

However, to ensure smooth performance across all accounts, we reserve the right to apply restrictions on CPU usage, memory, processes, or bandwidth if your activity negatively impacts server performance for other users.

What "Unlimited" Means

Our Unlimited Disk Space, Bandwidth, and Websites policy means there are no hard limits on your hosting account’s resource consumption for standard business or personal website operations, provided that:

• Your usage follows our Terms of Service.
• Your website does not disrupt the overall stability or performance of our servers.
• You're not using the hosting account for non-standard purposes such as file sharing, backups, or large-scale media storage.

If your website exceeds typical usage and risks the performance of others, we may recommend upgrading to a VPS or take appropriate steps to limit your resource use.

What "Unlimited" Does NOT Mean

Our Unlimited Hosting is not intended for abuse or excessive use. It is designed to meet the needs of small to medium-sized businesses and personal websites—not for large enterprises or projects that require high-end computing power like media distribution, file archiving, or enterprise-level apps.

To maintain a stable hosting environment for all users, automated monitoring tools are in place. These tools help us proactively identify resource-heavy accounts and take temporary action until further analysis or upgrade recommendations can be made.
